Shipping policy

KALAMA PERFORMANCE AUSTRALIA SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All boards will be sent with the appropriate courier to your destination, please note the shipping prices online are to all major cities. In most circumstance's the board will go to the closest TNT depot to you, this minimises the handling of the board and gives a safe location for pick up. If you are in a remote area please contact us prior to purchasing as we may have to look into alternative options or in some cases freight may be at an additional cost than the advertised rate.

All boards are in boxes and wrapped from factory, Kalama Performance Australia accepts no liability for damages by courier once it has left our warehouse.

You will receive a tracking number once dispatched from our warehouse, it is the customers responsibility to track the item and follow up on any missed delivery attempts or other enquiry's.
